DEI Book Drive

DVMA’s Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DEI) Committee Book Drive – We Need Your Help to Make a Difference in Delaware!

The newly formed DEI Committee of DVMA is leading an initiative to help advance diversity, equality, and inclusion in veterinary medicine and has an opportunity for you to get involved in this important endeavor.

DVMA will donate copies of the books, What Does a Real Doctor Look Like, authored by Cherise Roth, DVM, and “C” is for Critter Fixer, authored by Terrence Ferguson and Annettee Coward-Gomes to elementary schools throughout Delaware – but WE NEED YOUR HELP!

Please consider purchasing one or more books to be donated. Just CLICK HERE to access the project’s Amazon wish list to purchase books. DVMA will handle the logistics of getting these books into elementary schools throughout Delaware. Additionally, a portion of the book sale proceeds are donated to the Multicultural Veterinary Medical Association.
