Shift Manager Needed

Delmarva Animal Emergency Center in Dover, Delaware is looking to hire for a new position within our company. We are a fast paced, expanding clinic with hours of operation that include nights, weekends and holidays. This position is best suited for an experienced Veterinary Technician. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing all of the operations during their shifts including the work flow of staff and the ability to prioritize incoming patients and coordinate case management. They also need to be proficient in veterinary software. The Shift Manager will need to know how to diagnose and handle any issues that may arise with equipment such as lab, xray and anesthesia equipment. This position reports directly to the Practice Manager. This position is needed for 3-4 shifts per week.
