Veterinarian
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animal care and welfare, providing high-quality medical treatment to a variety of animals. As a Veterinarian, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating illnesses, performing surgeries, and ensuring the overall health of pets in our care. You will work closely with pet owners to educate them on proper animal care and preventive health measures.I want our candidate to know that there is so much more to our practice than cut and paste veterinary medicine. I am new to practice owning but I've been in practice for 12 years and my philosophy for this particular career choice and position is that we are an extension of family and should be treated with kindness and understanding. We, as veterinary professionals, pour our heart and souls into the practice of medicine because of our devotion to animals but often times do not recuperate the losses that entails. I want to change that. I want us to feel gratified and satisfied coming to work and leaving for the day. I want to be the practice with which employees want to spend their lives, and thus I encourage openness and honestly and it will be reciprocated.
