Associate Veterinarians Needed

We are looking for a full-time associate veterinarian for our 3-doctor practice in Hockessin, Delaware. We are not part of a chain and believe in individual and personal care for our patients. We schedule our day with large breaks to catch up on cases, files, or phone calls. We have an excellent staff and lots of cutting-edge equipment. We treat 85% cats and dogs and 15% exotic animal medicine. Willing to train in exotic animal medicine and also help new graduates starting their work at being a doctor. We pay usually between $135,000 to $175,000 with a $6,000 signing bonus. Work schedules are mostly the same every week and rarely do doctors work 40 hours. We do orthopedics and soft tissue surgeries, including thyroid surgeries, GI surgeries, eye surgeries such as conjunctival flaps, do many brachiocephalic breed surgeries such as overlong soft palates and cleft lip surgeries. We also treat with alternative therapies such as trigger point acupuncture (that we find to be very effective – twice a week for 2 weeks and you get a full treatment and see if it works).
