Associate Veterinarian Needed

Wilmington Animal Hospital is looking for a veterinarian to join our small animal practice! Our dedicated team of doctors and support staff has been providing excellent care to pets and their families in North Wilmington since the 1940s. We offer a board-certified radiologist weekly, board-certified surgeon, dental radiology, electrocautery, ultrasound, and a vessel-sealing device for surgery. No on-call/after-hours requirements. 30-minute appointments for wellness or sick. Biweekly staff meetings that include separate team meetings. Doctors collaborate on cases whenever needed. New graduates or experienced doctors welcome to apply! Mentorship program for new grads and growth opportunities. Shorter shifts seeing appointments has always been a feature of our practice to allow doctors ample time to address labs and call backs. Full-day surgery days, so our doctors focus on surgery without having appointments. Staffing: 2.5-3 LVTs/veterinary assistants with each doctor.
